FAQ

When am I charged?

At campaign creation. The prize pool plus platform fee (if applicable) is collected via Stripe before your campaign goes live.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact us before your campaign activates. Refunds are handled case by case. Once participants have submitted predictions, the prize pool is non-refundable.

Is predicting really free?

Yes. Participants never pay. Prize pools are funded entirely by campaign sponsors.
